PROJECT CONTEXT
This creative beauty series was photographed by Tatiana Katkova and consisted of 8 RAW images.
Tatiana and I have worked together for many years, so there was no separate retouching brief or visual reference. The post-production followed our established workflow and the visual direction of the original photography.

RETOUCHING APPROACH
The work focused on natural skin retouching while preserving texture, facial structure, and the character of the original light.
Post-production included skin, hair and body retouching, as well as compositional refinements where needed.
The original color treatment was preserved. My role was to refine the images without changing the photographic character of the series.

CONSISTENCY ACROSS THE SERIES
The 8 images were treated as one visual set.
The level of skin refinement, texture, detail, and overall finish was kept consistent across both the darker and lighter photographs while allowing the differences in lighting to remain visible.
The goal was a polished result without making the skin or body look overworked.
